Prove all things; hold fast that which is good—1 THESALONIANS 5:21(KJV)

Always remember this: the Bible teaches that the Spirit of God and the Word of God agree. Anytime the Spirit of God speaks to you, it will always be in line with the Word. People have heard various kinds of “voices” and have gotten every kind of “revelation” you can imagine. Some people are always claiming that they are always hearing the voice of God. You can, and you should but judge these voices. You can judge whether spiritual experiences are right or wrong simply by judging them by the Word of God. We are not to seek voices. We should not follow voices. We should follow the Word of God. We have no right to tell God how He should speak to us. If God told us He would speak to us in His Word, then all of us would have a right to claim it. Remember every voice is not God.

 My dear friends, don’t believe everything you hear. Carefully weigh and examine what people tell you. Not everyone who talks about God comes from God. There are a lot of lying preachers loose in the world. 1 JOHN 4:1(KJV)

 Is impossible to work in authority without the Word. Submit to learn the Word. You will never outgrow learning the Word. Your authority is dependent on the measure of the Word of God within you. It is written is greater than “I saw in a vision, and I heard a voice”. You can use what is written in God’s Word to change any narrative in your life. If I woke up from sleep with a negative dream, I could use the written Word to superimpose a change to that narrative. Your life is at a risk, if all you have and know is “I saw in a vision and I heard a voice”. “I saw in a vision, and I heard a voice” can carry several margins of error based on your own level of spiritual transformation and when you grow you now realize that what you saw was not correct, but the written Word is forever potent even in the realms of the Spirit.

Prayer of the Day: Father in the name of Jesus, I ask for grace to be addicted to studying your Word. I declare that the spirit of discernment that will help me differentiate your voice, and every other voice is at work in me. Thank you, Lord, for clarity in understanding all your speaking’s in my life.
