“His lord said unto him, well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things… Matthew 25:21 (KJV)

I want to inspire and encourage you to serve with faithfulness and humility because sincere and dedicated service to God and others is a divine key to increase—spiritually, materially, and in influence.

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Galatians 6:7 (KJV)

Your service is a seed. Serving is sowing. Like a farmer who doesn’t eat all his corn but plants some — your service today sets up your harvest tomorrow. Every act of service is a seed planted in the soil of God’s kingdom. We cannot develop the character for increase without service. Service molds humility, patience, and faithfulness—qualities God promotes.  Increase without character leads to pride and downfall. We learn submission and leadership through service

 “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much…” Luke 16:10 (NIV)

God will always reward our dedicated service with promotion and increase. God doesn’t forget service done with the right heart. Earthly leaders may overlook you, but God never does. “For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love…” Hebrews 6:10 (KJV). Service is a major key that opens the door to divine connections. Your service is a “gift” that makes room for increase. Doors to increase, connections, influence, favor, and blessings don’t open through ambition—but through service.

“A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men. Proverbs 18:16 (KJV)

Jesus was our perfect example that modelled service for us, and it was His ultimate service that brought the increase of salvation to all mankind. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life…” Mark 10:45 (NIV). If He served, how much more should we? “

Here is my call to action: Start serving — in church, your family, workplace, and community. Serve faithfully and joyfully — no matter how small the task. Expect divine increase — in wisdom, favor, influence, and provision.

Prayer of the Day: Father in the name of Jesus, I ask that you give me the heart of a servant. Teach me to serve with love and diligence, knowing that as I serve, you are working behind the scenes to bring the increase. Help me to stay humble, faithful, and obedient in every opportunity to serve and may you command an unusual increase, blessings and favor upon me.  Amen.”
