Do not put your trust in princes, nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help. 4 His spirit departs; he returns to his earth; In that very day his plans perish. 5 Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God, PSALMS 146:3-5 (NKJV)

Happy is the person who is hopeful and expecting the help of God. Depressed is the person who is not hopeful and expecting the help of God. You cannot hope in God and not see His Help. There is a divine link between hope and help. If your hope is intact, your help is on the way. Never ever lose hope, no matter what your situation maybe because to be hopeless is to be helpless. Whenever you are down to nothing, God is up to something. In the game of life God is the referee and He will not blow the whistle until you win. He is your shield, your glory and the one who lifts up your head. You will never see shame and you will never be defeated. Have Faith in God.
