“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. 13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. 14 He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. JOHN 16:12-14(NKJV)

The first thing that resisted Jesus from communicating some certain truths to His disciples was obviously deficiency of spiritual capacity. He was not short of utterance. He measured their capacity and found limitation in their strength to receive. Jesus was just a meticulous teacher and not that He was short of utterance but in His deliverables, the measure that He releases depends on their capacity to receive but He saw their limitation in terms of capacity.

 But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future]. JOHN 16:13(AMPC)

The spirit of truth is a person not an influence and the custodian of the administration of God’s purposes for your life. The Holy Spirit is not an influence but a person. Jesus told His disciples however, when the spirit of truth is come, you will no longer have a capacity issue, he will be the agency through which your capacity will be enlarged. There are no more capacity issues in the regime of the spirit of truth. When He comes, He will guide you in all truths, unseen realities and experiential encounters. He will give you revelation knowledge and deep understanding of Spiritual things,

He will honor and glorify Me, because He will take of (receive, draw upon) what is Mine and will reveal (declare, disclose, transmit) it to you. JOHN 16:14(AMPC)

He is the revealer and transmitter of God’s Word to you. Without the Holy Spirit you can never hear and understand the voice of God. He brings the Word of God to you; in a way you can receive it and understand it. He is the one who will shed the light and illumination that will help you navigate through darkness. The Holy Spirit is the carrier and conveyor of God’s presence. You can only experience the father when the Holy Spirit brings His presence to you. The Holy Spirit is the conveyor of God’s presence, that is why you can experience the presence and love of God

But when the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, Strengthener, Standby) comes, Whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of Truth Who comes (proceeds) from the Father, He [Himself] will testify regarding Me. JOHN 15:26(AMPC)

The voice of the spirit of truth has become so unpopular in our times. We are now stage managing our dealings with God and that is why we don’t have the desired results.

Prayer of the Day: Holy Spirit of the living God, I ask that you help me, strengthen me and reveal to me the strategies for my liftings, deliverance, restoration and next levels.
