The first character trait that describes love is “patience,” and if I want to walk in love, I must be willing to be patient with myself, patient with God and patient with people. We should pray that God will help us to be the kind of person He wants us to be at all times—one that imitates His behavior, walks in love, and is patient with those around us and those God has placed in our lives.

Prayer of the Day: Father in the name of Jesus, grant me the grace of patience as I navigate my relationships with others.
