The wind blows where it wishes and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it is coming from and where it is going; so it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit. JOHN 3:8(NKJV)

Most believers are more body-conscious than spirit-conscious. Natural things mean more to them than spiritual things and that is why they put physical things first. If you are more mental conscious, you will live in the mental realm. But you are a spirit being. You need to be spirit conscious. Spiritual things will become more real to you the more spirit-conscious you become.

If you are going to be led by the Spirit of God, you must become more spirit-conscious, or you’ll miss out on God’s plan for your life. God’s Spirit leads us through our spirits.

Man is a spirit, he has a soul, and he lives in a physical body (1 THESSALONIANS. 5:23(KJV)

“The Spirit itself [Himself] bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God. Romans 8:16” In other words, the Spirit of God bears witness with your spirit man. Proverbs 20:27 says, “The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord….” According to these scriptures God will guide us through our spirits; therefore, we must find out what our spirit is.

Put your spirit first. Become more spirit-conscious, more conscious of the inward man. Realize that you are a spirit being and that you became a new creation created by God in Christ Jesus. It will help you grow—spiritually.

Prayer of the Day: Father in the name of Jesus, I declare that I am a spirit being. I have a soul. And I live in a body. I am more spirit-conscious and discerning to hear what you are saying, and I take hold of my victory by faith
